![]() If the display is on I could toss it around and the thing wouldn't shut off. I'm not sure it's a loose battery (its battery is non-removable) because this happens only when the display is turned off although I DO know there's somthing wrong with the card slot so I transferred the 64GB card to the Samsung Tab (it only supports 32GB but waddaya know. It also shuts itself down sometimes (particularly when I do something as simple as lightly wipe the screen or inadvertently apply a bit of pressure on the phone) and the slightest bending disconnects the 64GB microSD card. PS - I actually just did a factory reset of the Zenfone 6 right now because I think it needs to get some real spring cleaning. Samsung Note 3 - Android 4.2.x (it's my wife's so I'm not too familiar with it) Is this a problem with Android? Or could Windows Explorer be the cause? Or is the device not properly linking up with the PC? Thanks! I have no problems with flash drives not working and all that and I've certainly tried using different USB ports for this purpose. I've been noticing these things for a while now. Am I the only one who's going through these issues? My PC was just recently reformatted (still using the good ol' Windows 7 DVD installer) and I have no reason to think it's already messed up. Sometimes, it takes quite a while (this applies with all three of them) for anything to show up and Explorer shows that 'circle' icon akin to the hour glass icon. Like, I KNOW there ARE files in a particular folder but under Explorer nothing shows up. I notice that when I connect these devices to my PC (Windows 7), browsing the folders of these devices using Windows Explorer sometimes turns up nothing (Asus Zenfone). We have an Asus Zenfone 6, a Samsung Tab 3 Lite, and a Samsung Note 3 Neo.
